The
Kappa Tetarton Alumni Association, Inc.
Brothers of Kappa Tet,
Brother Robert A. Kalusa,
KT 665, is currently serving with an Army Civil Affairs unit in Kosovo.
Through his work with Civil Affairs, Robert has had the unique opportunity to
see first hand, the effects of the Serbian conflict on the living conditions
of children.
In light of the lack of
funds for education in the region, Robert has asked the Alumni Association for
assistance in raising funds to provide pens, pencils, paper, shoes, a
chalkboard and other supplies for an Elementary school. The Association
directors, believe that meeting this need is in keeping with our Cardinal
principles and has voted to donate $300 towards this cause.
We would like to provide an
opportunity for all Alumni of Kappa Tetarton to help by providing a small
donation of funds or school supplies so that we may provide education care
packages to the students and teachers, and a chalkboard for the school.
We understand that this
endeavor may not be feasible for everyone. For those who are able to
help, thank you. You may make donations via PayPal on the kappatet.com
website or by sending checks or packages to the address below. If
donating via PayPal, please remember to note that your donation is for school
supplies. If you intend to donate supplies, please email us at kosovo_fund@kappatet.com
so that we may wait for your package to make our donation. We would like
to make our donation as soon as possible so please hurry.
