Chapter Advisor
Robert Samolinksi - Kappa
Tet 658
Robert, and his
wife Shannon, have given selflessly of their time and money
for the Kappa Tetarton Chapter. Robert a correctional
officer at the Menard State Penitentiary, balances his time
between work, his wife and children and the Chapter. He
has made it a commitment to attend tailgates, meetings,
interest group events, and tend to Kappa Tetarton Foundation
priorities.
Robert has spent
many weekends attempting to track down valuable treasures such
as documents and ritual equipment, and trinkets of sentimental
value to the Chapter. Whether making phone calls, house
calls, or rummaging through storage facilities, Rob has
managed to locate many of these valuables. If the items
are in need of repair or replacement he has seen to their
needs. This has been especially true in the instance of
our ritual equipment. Many of these deeds are small
sacrifices, but seldom tended to details. Without his
hard work, and selfless determination, we would be in poor
shape.
Robert was inducted into the chapter In the
Spring of 1992. As a member of the fraternity, as
throughout his life, Rob was always willing to help out and do
the grunt work that many others shirked. His philosophy
was, .... well I can't print that.... At any rate, Rob
balanced his time away from the chapter with his education in
criminal justice and s an officer with the ever vigilant Puppy
er... uh...Saluki Patrol. (he he he)
With great ideas,
and a commitment to achieving our goals, Robert is helping to
mold a mechanism for Alumni support for the re-colonized
chapter unlike any other time in our chapter’s 44-year
history.
Thank you for your hard work, and continued
commitment to Phi Sigma Kappa!
Damn Proud!
